As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle customer queries and process orders within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth customer experience and supporting the company's sales operations.

Description

• Enquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls, emails, and website enquiries.
• Sales Support: Qualify leads, prepare accurate quotations, and proactively follow up to convert enquiries into orders.
• Customer Care: Develop strong, long-term customer relationships by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive support.
• Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently, check stock availability, and keep customers informed of delivery timescales.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and efficiently.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to provide customers with accurate, informed advice and recommendations. Full training will be provided.

Profile

A successful Inbound Sales Representative should have:

• Experience in a customer service or sales support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
• An ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the industrial or manufacturing sector would be advantageous.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000 dependent on the level of experience.
