Prospero Teaching is recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL French Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Ashford, Surrey from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire students and deliver engaging French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching, raising student achievement, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. The school offers a supportive leadership team, excellent facilities, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential).
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire students.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
• Create a positive classroom culture with high expectations for all learners.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider MFL department.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching French within UK secondary schools.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
• A passion for languages and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
