A leading construction business based in Birmingham is looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. As the face of the business, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and colleagues while supporting the wider office team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and managing reception enquiries
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Manage visitor sign-in processes and maintain front desk security procedures
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
  • Support meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are prepared for visitors
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Maintain a professional and organised reception area

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, approachable, and confident manner
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience within a construction, property, or professional services environment would be advantageous but not essential
