Front Of House Manager in Whitechapel, Greater London

Are you an experienced Front of House Manager ready for your next career move?  Or perhaps you are ready to step-up a level, having already managed a large team at supervisory level, within a hotel.

We’re looking for a confident, people-focused leader to join a well regarded London hotel, where you’ll take responsibility for a large Front of House team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Having a real passion for the hospitality industry, you’ll take a key senior lead, ensuring consistently high service standards while coaching, developing and motivating your team to achieve their full potential.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in a Front of House or hotel supervisory/management role
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a large team
• A genuine passion for five-star customer service
• The ability to lead confidently at all levels
• Tech savvy, with good understanding of PMS, POS and software packages
• A strong track record of training, coaching and developing teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
