Front Of House Receptionist

It’s a really important role within the business, as you’ll be responsible for creating a warm, polished and five-star experience for clients, visitors and the wider team. They’re looking for someone with genuine energy and enthusiasm who enjoys being around people, takes pride in their presentation and naturally goes the extra mile to make people feel welcome.

The role will involve:

• Creating a warm, confident and professional welcome for visitors, clients and employees
• Delivering a five-star, concierge-style arrival experience
• Managing guest arrivals, sign-ins and visitor enquiries
• Anticipating the needs of important visitors and ensuring every detail is considered
• Welcoming guests by name where possible and looking after them throughout their visit
• Supporting client-facing moments with discretion and attention to detail
• Taking ownership of the presentation and day-to-day experience of the workplace

The client is particularly interested in someone who wants to develop and grow with the business, rather than viewing this as a short-term stepping stone. There’s scope for the right person to really make the role their own as the business grows.

Salary: £30,000
Location: Farringdon, City of London
