Front of House/Sales Support Executive

A well established and growing organisation in the Henley area is seeking a Front of House Sales/Support Executive to join its team.
This is a varied, customer focused role combining front of house responsibilities, client coordination and sales support. You will help ensure the smooth running of the office while following up enquiries, developing relationships and supporting the conversion of new business opportunities.
This position would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing several priorities within a busy, client facing environment.
This is a full time, fully office based position working Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, with every other Saturday required.
Salary £30,000 – £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
The role
- Supporting the smooth day to day running of the office and front of house
- Providing a professional and welcoming service to clients
- Responding to enquiries received by telephone, email and online channels
- Coordinating appointments, schedules and internal resources
- Following up new enquiries promptly and professionally
- Building relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Supporting the conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Generating, tracking and nurturing sales leads
- Monitoring lead sources, conversion rates and sales activity
- Working closely with the Marketing Team and providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey
- Supporting promotional campaigns, offers and customer retention activity
- Maintaining excellent presentation standards across the working environment
- Acting as an effective gatekeeper for the Managing Director when required
- Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
About you
- Previous experience in sales support, client coordination, front of house or a similar role
- Confident following up enquiries and building strong customer relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to manage several priorities
- Numerate and comfortable monitoring lead and sales information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated, reliable and able to work effectively with varying workloads
- Highly IT literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience working with established policies and procedures
- Comfortable committing to a fully office based role with every other Saturday required
