Fulfilment Consultant in Cosham, Portsmouth

As a Fulfilment Consultant, you’ll guide our Client through an overview of their current set up including e-commerce, order processing, warehouse design, supply chain logistics from order received through to final delivery. You’ll work with the COO to review current process, make informed recommendations and implement a new set up within approximately 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis: Evaluates existing workflows to remove bottlenecks in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• System Integration: Help improve current system and implement changes to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Inventory Optimisation: Improve stock accuracy and turnover rates
• Cost & Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like delivery speed, order accuracy, and carrier costs to scale operations efficiently.

We envisage this to be a 3 month project, with the Fulfilment Consultant providing a hands on operational troubleshooting and project optimisation strategy at the current site in Cosham.
