We’re recruiting for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join a fast growing, values led consumer business at an exciting stage of its growth. This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the fulfilment operation, leading and developing a team to deliver excellent productivity, quality and customer service.


The Role


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating and developing the fulfilment team
  • Managing daily fulfilment, dispatch and order processes
  • Planning staffing levels and resources to meet operational demand
  • Setting and monitoring KPIs, productivity and quality
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Creating and maintaining SOPs and work instructions
  • Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Technology teams
  • Managing performance, absence, recruitment and employee development
  • Championing excellent Health & Safety standards
  • Supporting the continued growth and development of the site


About You


We’re looking for an experienced Fulfilment, Warehouse or Dispatch Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.


You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience managing a fulfilment or dispatch operation
  • Experience within B2C, FMCG or a similar fast-moving environment
  • Strong people-management and leadership skills
  • Confidence using cloud-based systems and technology
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions quickly
  • A genuine interest in continuous improvement and developing people
