Functional Skills English & Maths Tutor Required

We are seeking an experienced Functional Skills English and Maths Tutor to support a learner based in BD10.

• Deliver 1:1 Functional Skills English and Maths tuition in the learner's home.
• Support a learner with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the learner's individual needs and learning style.
• Build a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

• Experience teaching Functional Skills English and/or Maths.
• Experience supporting learners with SEND and working in line with EHCP outcomes.
• Comfortable delivering tuition within the learner's home environment.
• Reliable, patient, and able to build positive relationships with learners.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential.
• Relevant teaching, tutoring, or education qualifications preferred.

• £30-£37 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
