Fund Controller VP to ED

Asset Management, Transportation investment - Alternatives - Banking & Financial Services
- Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage fund operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations for assigned funds.
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on fund performance and strategies - including Deal Making, address questions from investors, capital calls.
- Manage relationships with auditors, trustees, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
