We're seeking experienced Furniture Sprayers, Finishers and Preppers to join our team producing high-end bespoke joinery and cabinetry.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in furniture, joinery, or cabinet manufacturing
- Proven experience in furniture preparation, spraying, or finishing
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience working on luxury bespoke furniture or joinery
- Knowledge of specialist finishing systems and techniques advantageous
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and finish bespoke joinery components
- Apply primers, lacquers, top coats and specialist finishes
- Ensure consistently high-quality workmanship
- Carry out quality checks and maintain finishing equipment
- Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines
