The role:

• Full time permanent position
• Salary on offer: Between £26,000- £42,000 Dependent on experience!
• Location: Batley
• Hours: 39 hours a week
• Fridays OFF every week - enjoy a consistent long weekend
• Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 4:15pm or Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 5:15pm

Key Responsibilities
As an Upholsterer, you will:

• Manufacture and upholster furniture to high-quality standards
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
• Ensure all work meets company specifications and customer expectations
• Follow all health & safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across your workstation
• Support overtime during peak demand periods

What We're Looking For:
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Proven upholstery experience (ideally within a production environment)
• Experience working on chairs or similar furniture (highly desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A positive, team-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn new techniques and products
