Duties of the Garage Manager:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Kingston automotive fast-fit centre
  • Lead and motivate the branch team to meet and exceed sales and service targets
  • Manage stock levels and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Handle customer enquiries both in person and online, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct staff interviews, inductions, and ongoing engagement activities
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety and operational efficiency
  • Provide hands-on support within the workshop when necessary
  • Monitor and analyse branch profitability and performance metrics
Requirements of the Garage Manager:
  • Proven experience in a fast-fit tyre centre or automotive service environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of tyre services and mechanical work is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
