- Strong understanding of retail standards, merchandising, layout and customer experience.
- Someone who wants autonomy and the opportunity to influence how a newly refurbished centre develops.
- An exceptional Assistant Manager may be considered, although proven Garden Centre Manager experience would be preferred.
Why join?
- Take ownership of a fully refurbished garden centre with significant investment already completed.
- A large footprint with plenty of commercial potential.
- Growing team with additional headcount currently being added.
- Join a major UK garden centre group with strong longer-term progression opportunities.
