Gas Contract Manager in North West London

Location: North West London
Rate: £48 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Initial 6 months
 
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Contract Manager to join a Local Authority in North West London on an initial 6-month contract.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for overseeing gas servicing, maintenance contracts and statutory compliance across a residential housing portfolio of approximately 10,000 properties under the Council's direct and indirect management.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee the delivery and performance of gas servicing and maintenance contracts.
·Ensure full compliance with gas safety legislation, regulations and statutory requirements.
·Monitor contractor performance, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
·Manage compliance risks, resolve performance issues and drive continuous service improvements.
·Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to maintain safe, compliant housing stock.

About You:
You will have a proven track record in managing gas compliance contracts within a Local Authority or Housing Association environment, alongside extensive knowledge of residential gas safety regulations.
Strong contract management, budget monitoring and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
