Location: South London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience) + Company Van + Pension + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer / Plumber to join our team.

The Role

This is primarily a reactive maintenance position working in private residential properties.

Typical work includes:

• Boiler diagnostics and repairs

• Heating and hot water fault finding

• Plumbing repairs and maintenance

• Gas safety inspections

• Cylinder and heating system repairs

• General plumbing works

• Occasional boiler installations and system upgrades (this is not a heavy installation role)

You'll be expected to work independently, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in plumbing and gas engineering

• Current ACS Gas Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability

• Experience working within private residential properties

• Proven experience carrying out reactive maintenance

• Full UK driving licence

• Own hand tools

• Clean DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)

• Verifiable employment references

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
