Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer
Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer. A London based facilities management firm need a Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber to join the team and carry out plumbing, heating and mechanical works across domestic and commercial properties in London.
The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber role will involve installations, repairs, maintenance, fault finding, testing and commissioning, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer responsibilities include:
- Install, repair and maintain domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical systems
- Carry out fault finding and diagnose system issues
- Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works
- Carry out testing and commissioning
- Complete accurate job records and reports
- Work in accordance with Health and Safety procedures and risk assessments
- Liaise professionally with clients and colleagues
- Participate in the out of hours call out rota when required
The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber will need:
- Proven domestic and commercial experience
- NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
- Gas Safe Registered - Domestic and Commercial
- Strong fault finding and problem solving
- Full UK Driving Licence
The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber salary is £50-65k + company vehicle + pension etc
You will need to do a DBS check for this position.
