Our client is seeking a skilled Gas Engineer for ongoing contract work in the North London area. This is a great opportunity for a self-employed gas engineer to join a well established company with long term contracts.
The position requires valid gas qualifications and the use of your own van and tools. Candidates should be reliable and have strong diagnostic skills.
Responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and installing boilers, alongside general heating maintenance. The role promises consistent work within a small patch, minimal travel, ensuring a stable workload in the domestic sector.
Skills and qualifications:
- Must possess valid domestic gas qualifications
- Experience with boiler servicing and fault finding / repairs
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Social housing experience is desirable
