Skilled Careers are currently recruiting for an experienced Gateman to join a busy construction site in Sittingbourne. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and professional individual who is confident managing site access and directing traffic in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling access to and from the construction site

• Directing deliveries and site traffic safely and efficiently

• Banking vehicles entering and leaving the site

• Checking visitors and deliveries in and out

• Maintaining accurate site access records

• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed

• Liaising with the site management team to keep traffic flowing safely

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card

• Previous experience working as a Gateman or Traffic Marshal on a construction site

• Traffic Marshal/Vehicle Banksman qualification preferred

• Full PPE

• Good communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• References available upon request
