We are looking for a Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to spearhead high-impact generative AI initiatives, building production-ready platforms, multi-agent systems, and scalable enterprise infrastructure.



🚀 The Mission

  • Lead GenAI Development: Create sophisticated AI solutions, enterprise chatbot platforms, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations.

  • Pioneer Innovation: Experiment with cutting-edge foundation models and bridge the gap between research breakthroughs and production-grade code.

  • Full-Stack Scaling: Develop enterprise APIs (FastAPI) and integrate AI seamlessly across our digital portfolio and AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure.



🧰 Mandatory Skills

  • Experience: 7+ years in full-stack development, with 5+ years building real-world enterprise applications.

  • Core Backend: Advanced Python skills with production experience in FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLflow.

  • AI Frameworks: Hands-on enterprise expertise with LangChain and LangGraph (agent design, state management, and graph orchestration).

  • LLMs & Search: Proven experience with RAG, MCP, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM integration (OpenAI, LLaMA).

  • Cloud & MLOps: Strong foundation in Docker, Kubernetes/AWS EKS, AWS/Azure, and AI services like AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Azure AI Search.
