Quack Recruitment and Training is offering a fully funded three-week construction and retrofit training programme designed to help eligible learners build their skills, work towards their CSCS card and move closer to employment.

🎓 What you will receive

Highfield Level 2 Award in Retrofit Principles (RQF)

Gain knowledge of construction and retrofit and develop a stronger foundation for future opportunities in the industry.

Highfield Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment

Work towards an additional recognised qualification that could support further opportunities within construction and training.

🪪 Support with your CSCS card

Receive fully funded support towards obtaining your CSCS card and becoming site-ready.

🤝 Guaranteed interview

Successfully complete the programme and you will receive a guaranteed interview opportunity.

The interview is a genuine opportunity to progress towards employment, but it is not a guarantee of a job.

📅 What is the commitment?

The programme runs for three weeks:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am–3:30pm
• Full attendance is required

Courses are delivered every three to four weeks, giving eligible applicants regular opportunities to get started.

• can travel to the training venue;
