Job Title: General Labourer

Location: Swindon (SN6)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist with day-to-day operations. The role involves manual handling, loading and unloading materials, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and supporting skilled workers and supervisors as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, and organise materials and equipment.
• Assist tradespeople and other workers with general tasks.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Carry out manual handling and lifting duties.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers.
• Sort, remove, and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Help with deliveries, stock movement, and general site preparation.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Perform other general duties as required.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• CSCS required.
• Asbestos Awareness preferred.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Previous labouring or construction experience is advantageous but not always required.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Relevant health and safety training or certifications are an advantage.
