General Labourer – Gatwick Airport
£14.50–£17.,00 per hour (PAYE)
£17.00- £20.00 per hour (CIS)
Rates depending on project and shift timings.
We are currently recruiting experienced General Labourers to work on-site at Gatwick Airport. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can support general construction and site operations on an ad hoc basis.
Both day and night shifts are available, with some weekend work required.
General Labourer Duties and Responsibilities
- General labouring duties on-site.
- Skilled labouring duties where required.
- Assisting trades and site teams with day-to-day activities.
- Moving materials and maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working environment.
- Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting the smooth running of site operations as required.
General Labourer Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card – essential.
- Previous construction or labouring experience is preferred
- Full five-point PPE required
- Ability to work day shifts, night shifts and occasional weekends.
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow site instructions.
Must be able to successfully complete the required five-year employment history and background checks for an airport security pass.
Must meet the criminal record and security clearance requirements for obtaining a Gatwick Airport pass.
