Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality
  • Drive production improvements for bespoke machinery manufacturing
  • Optimise processes, structures, and workflows to enhance performance
  • Implement product management systems and documentation
  • Manage HR functions, including organisational structure, salary levels, and health & safety
  • Lead R&D projects and innovation initiatives
  • Control budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Take full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and growth
 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Senior management experience in advanced bespoke manufacturing and/or standard equipment manufacture
  • Engineering background
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges
  • Proven track record of business growth and performance improvements
  • Commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and financials
