Duties

- Supervise engineering managers and technical teams, providing mentorship and fostering leadership development.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of engineering systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product or service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, manufacturing, and supply chain to align engineering efforts with organizational priorities.
- Ensure all engineering activities adhere to legal regulations, industry best practices, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in an engineering leadership role with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively.
- Strong management skills with the ability to develop strategies, set priorities, and execute plans efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire innovation, accountability, and team cohesion.
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Education qualification in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels and presenting complex technical information clearly.
