An excellent opportunity for an operations/engineering manager with experience supporting highly regulated industries, looking for a site leadership role within a global business offering great autonomy. 

This is a rare chance to work for a highly established, multinational business that holds a leading name within its industry. 

The role is for an engineering company that supports customers across a range of industries including aerospace, defence and oil and gas. Your role will be to lead and coordinate daily operations within a technical engineering environment, driving continuous improvements and being pivotal in delivering positive change across production. 

This is an autonomous, site leadership role where you will be able to utilise your knowledge and experience to make necessary improvements. 

The role would suit someone who has operations/engineering management experience, ideally within a technical manufacturing capacity, looking for a challenging new role.

The Role: 
-    Lead and coordinate daily operations within a technical engineering environment
-    Autonomy to drive continuous improvement projects.
-    Mon-Fri role with an attractive bonus, car allowance and benefits package.

The Candidate: 
-    Operations/Engineering Management experience    
-    Ideally have some exposure within aerospace/defence or other regulated industries.
