Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a General Manager on behalf of a leading hospitality brand in Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, people-focused leader to take ownership of a high-volume operation, drive commercial performance, and develop a strong team culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the management team.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Manage key business KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.
- Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.
- Analyse performance and implement commercial action plans.
- Manage recruitment, training, and colleague development.
- Build a positive culture focused on people, customers, and business growth.
About you:
You'll currently be working as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, or Area Manager within:
- Restaurants
- Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Hospitality
- Food Retail
- Convenience Retail
You'll be a confident leader with a proven track record of driving results, developing teams, and delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
