We are currently looking for General Operatives to join a motorway maintenance team working on a maintenance slip in the Rugby/Coventry area.
The role will involve general labouring duties, including:
- Lifting and shifting materials
- Sweeping and keeping the work area tidy
- General site labouring
- Mucking in and working alongside other members of the team
- Assisting with general maintenance and site duties
- Following site health & safety procedures
The ideal candidate
- Previous labouring/general operative experience preferred
- Physically fit and happy with manual work
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Good attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Highways/motorway experience is an advantage but not essential
