General Operative - Grays - RM16 5UZ

VGC Group are looking for experienced General Operative/Labourer to start on a project in Grays. Long term work with good opportunities for career progression, working alongside the archaeology team

Role: General Labourer/Operative

Contract: Full Time

Location: Grays

Rate: £14.20 per hour PAYE.

Qualifications: CSCS Green Labourer card, Safety Critical Medical (can be arranged for), Must have own transport to be able to get to site.

General Labourer with suitable experience

Your role as a General Labourer will be based in Grays and will consist of:

Good understanding of general construction works & site duties.
Capable of carrying out manual general labourer work and assist with other trades as required.
Maintain site tidiness, ensure your working environment is kept to an acceptable standard which allows the days tasks to continue uninterrupted.
Adhere to all site rules, procedures and safety arrangements at all times.
Undertake all tasks as per the briefed method statement / SSOWP.
Based in Grays, you will accrue holiday entitlement and be eligible to join the VGC pension scheme once certain criteria have been met.
