We are looking for reliable General Operatives to work within a busy concrete production and manufacturing environment in Brandon.
The role involves concrete production, heavy manual duties, general labouring and handling heavy materials. This is a physically demanding role, so candidates must be comfortable with heavy work and manual handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with concrete production and manufacturing processes
- Carrying out heavy manual handling and physically demanding duties
- General labouring within the production area
- Loading, unloading and moving heavy materials
- Handling concrete and other production materials
- Keeping the working area clean and organised
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider production team with general duties
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Able to lift and move heavy materials safely
- Happy to carry out general labouring and production duties
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
- Previous production, manufacturing, concrete or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential
What We Offer

- 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available
- 06:30 start
