We are recruiting a General Practice Surveyor to join a respected social housing provider, dealing with land transfers/disposals, encroachment disputes as well as lettings, property management and landlord and tenant matters. This role will be based within Lichfield and will require someone to be on site 3 days or 5 days a week!

What’s on offer:
  • £350-£400 per day
  • Site based 3 days or 5 days a week
  • 6 month contract
  • Part time or full time
General Practice Surveyor key responsibilities include:
  • Commercial lease renewals
  • Property management 
  • Encroachment disputes
  • Land transfers/disposals
  • Rent reviews
  • General Landlord & Tenant advisory work
  • Supporting wider general practice instructions as required
  • Preparation of professional advice and reports
  • Managing instructions from start to completion
The successful General Practice Surveyor will have:
  • Previous experience within general practice surveying in local authorities
  • MRICS qualified (desirable)
  • Proven experience in commercial landlord and tenant work
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • A full UK driving licence
