Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in the classroom? Teaching Personnel is recruiting a General Primary Teaching Assistant for a welcoming and supportive primary school in the CF14 area of Cardiff, starting this September.
About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping children succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with the class teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support pupils across the classroom with their learning
- Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
- Assist in delivering lessons and activities
- Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage engagement
- Support children with additional learning needs
- A positive, enthusiastic and caring attitude
- Experience working with children (school-based or similar)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
