Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a General Production Operative to join a manufacturing team in Willand. This role involves supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products are packed, processed, and handled to a high standard.

• Pack and assemble gift sets accurately according to customer specifications.
• Assist with the production, packing, and labelling of finished products.
• Ensure gift sets meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Follow operational procedures and meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety on the factory floor.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time.

• Experience in a production, packing, or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

• £12.71 per hour starting pay, with potential increases based on experience.
• Early finish Fridays.
• Temporary to permanent opportunity.
