Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a busy precast concrete manufacturing site. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a physical working environment.

This role involves hands-on production work and would suit candidates with previous experience in factory, construction, or other manual roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with concrete and moulds in a production environment
• Assisting in the manufacture of precast concrete products
• Manual handling of materials and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in factory, construction, or manual work preferred
• Physically fit and able to carry out repetitive tasks
• Reliable with good timekeeping
• Willing to work in a busy, sometimes noisy and dusty environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
