- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Sales Manager within the automotive industry
- Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Demonstrable ability to deliver sales growth and meet targets
- Full UK driving licence (provisional licences cannot be considered due to insurance criteria)
- Passion for customer service and automotive sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
