This General Sales Manager role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £55,000 with an uncapped OTE of approximately £100,000. The working week is Monday to Friday, with only one in two Saturdays required, providing a good work-life balance.

- Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Sound knowledge of the motor trade sales process and customer service standards
- Data analysis skills to improve departmental performance
- Valid UK driving licence
