The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils who require additional support to help them achieve both academically and personally. You'll play a key role in building confidence, promoting independence and creating positive learning experiences every day.
You may support pupils with:
- Autism (ASC)

- SEMH
- Speech, Language & Communication Needs
- Learning Disabilities
- Complex Needs
- Physical Disabilities
- Challenging Behaviour
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Building positive relationships and encouraging engagement.
- Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Assisting teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
- Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and life skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
