We are seeking an inspirational General Store Manager to lead a large-format, multi-product store in the Cork region, spanning Fashion, Luxury, Cosmetics and Homeware.

As General Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store's success. You'll combine strong commercial awareness, exceptional operational standards and a genuine passion for customer experience to create an environment where both customers and colleagues thrive.

You'll have the autonomy to make commercial decisions, develop your management team and inspire a large workforce to deliver outstanding results.

What will you be responsible for?

• Lead and inspire: Motivate, develop and manage a large team, including your management team and sales colleagues.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Create a customer-first culture where service, product knowledge and engagement are at the heart of everything.

• Drive commercial performance: Take ownership of sales, KPIs, productivity and profitability, identifying opportunities to maximise performance.

• Develop your people: Recruit, onboard, train and retain talented colleagues, building a strong and high-performing team.

• Own operational excellence: Ensure the store operates to the highest standards across all departments and throughout the multi-floor environment.

• Make commercial decisions: Analyse business performance, identify opportunities and take decisive action to improve results.

• Build brand partnerships: Work closely with brand partners to maximise product opportunities, marketing initiatives and in-store performance.

• Shape the future: Work alongside Directors and Senior Leadership on retail projects, business initiatives and ongoing development.

What are we looking for?

We're keen to speak with established retail leaders who have the confidence, commercial ability and leadership skills to take on a large, diverse retail operation.

Ideally, you will have:

• Current experience as a Store Manager or Area Manager.

• A background in Fashion, Luxury, Cosmetics, Homeware or multi-product retail.

• Experience leading large teams within a high-volume retail environment.

• Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of driving sales and KPIs.

• Excellent operational and organisational skills.

• The ability to develop, motivate and inspire management teams.

• A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• The confidence to influence, make decisions and drive business performance.
