Prospero Teaching is seeking to recruit a well-qualified and dedicated Geography Teacher to work across a range of excellent secondary schools in North London. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher who is passionate about Geography and dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will be able to motivate, inspire, and challenge students to produce high-quality work while maintaining high academic expectations.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have a proven history of securing excellent pupil outcomes in Geography, including at GCSE level.
- Be capable of delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- Be a dynamic and ambitious practitioner who is committed to driving student progress.
- Have experience supporting pupils with a range of SEN, behavioural, and academic needs.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Experience, Training and Qualifications
- QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Geography within a UK secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the current curriculum.
- Up-to-date safeguarding training (desirable but not essential).
To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:
- Be willing to register with Prospero Teaching and complete all relevant compliance and vetting checks.
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
- Provide two professional references relating to work with children.
