An exciting opportunity has become available for an Experienced Site Engineer to join a busy site investigation contractor operating across Scotland.

The company is seeking a practical, field-based engineer with previous contracting experience who enjoys working outdoors and managing ground investigation activities on site. This role is ideal for someone wanting to remain operationally focused without office or report-writing duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervising site investigation works and drilling operations
• Carrying out logging and sampling duties
• Coordinating day-to-day activities on site
• Ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently
• Liaising with drillers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Working on a variety of infrastructure and construction projects

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working for a site investigation contractor
• Minimum 2 years’ site-based ground investigation experience
• Strong site supervision skills
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Flexible approach to travel and working away when required
