We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant and growing business based in Kirkby as a German-Speaking Customer Service Assistant.

This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and thrives in a busy office environment.

• Fluent German language skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good administrative and organisational abilities
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other business systems
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
• Experience in customer service, administration or an office environment (desirable)

• Salary of £28,000
• Monday to Friday working hours
