We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Professional to join a growing and dynamic business based in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, resolving queries, and providing first-class support within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Managing customer enquiries, orders, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across German-speaking regions.

• Processing orders accurately and ensuring all customer information is maintained within internal systems.

• Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently while delivering excellent service.

• Liaising with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to ensure customer expectations are met.

• Providing product and service information to customers.

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Fluent German and English language skills (written and verbal) are essential.

• Previous experience within a Customer Service, Customer Support, Account Management, or Administrative role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Experience working with CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous.

• A positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
