Role Description

Full‑time, on‑site Glazing Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations on site projects, coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring efficient service delivery, supervising installation teams, maintaining quality standards and safety compliance, budgeting, scheduling, and fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in glazing, including domestic and commercial glass installations.
• Project management skills with scheduling and budgeting experience.
• Team management and leadership abilities.
• Customer relationship management and supplier coordination proficiency.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant experience in a similar role preferred.
• Background in architectural or construction‐related glazing is an advantage.
