Global Account Manager

A service organisation that prides themselves on listening, understanding and delivering beyond expectations, is currently recruiting a Global Account Manager to join their team.

Based in Warrington, working in a newly created role for a well-established but still growing and ambitious organisation, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.  Hybrid working is offered.

Duties will include:

• Own and grow a portfolio of international clients
• Act as main POC, managing all aspects of the relationship
• Oversee onboarding, set up and renewal contract extensions
• Develop and implement strategic account plans
• Work closely with the compliance team to agree SLA’s
• Troubleshoot issues arising from delivery and reporting of services
• Chair and drive regular client calls
• Manage cross-functional and cross-border dependencies
• Use data analytics and reporting tools to turn data into insight

The successful candidate will have worked in a client-facing/relationship management role previously.  Strong planning and organisation skills, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities is essential.
