Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established and growing business within the motorsport, F1, and aerospace supply sector. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with genuine long-term career progression.

Role Overview

• £12.71 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Initially Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm
• Moving onto rotating shifts:
  • Week 1: 7:30am–4:00pm
  • Week 2: 11:00am–7:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Working within a busy warehouse environment
• Inspecting outgoing deliveries to ensure quality control and correct quantities
• Maintaining accurate stock control and recording systems
• Ensuring attention to detail when handling and storing goods
• Interpreting measurements, sizes, and transport information
• Using basic computer systems to record stock (full training provided)
• Manual handling of goods up to 20kg

About You

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with manual handling duties
• Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn
• Basic IT skills are an advantage but not required
