As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects.

• Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions to support student progress.

• Assist teachers with engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Support students with SEND and EAL needs.

• Help create a positive and productive learning environment.

• Gain valuable insight into classroom teaching and school life.

• Holds a degree in any subject.

• Has a genuine passion for education and working with young people.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Is enthusiastic, proactive and adaptable.

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.

• Is considering a career in teaching or education.
