Graduate Building Surveyor

Build experience towards RICS Chartership across commercial surveying and project commissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chartered Surveyors with commercial property inspections and surveys
• Prepare technical reports, schedules and specifications for review
• Support contract administration, project monitoring and refurbishment projects
• Assist with technical due diligence, dilapidations and planned maintenance instructions
• Maintain APC records and participate in structured professional development

Requirements

• RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree with First Class Honours or high 2:1
• Eligibility for the RICS Building Surveying APC pathway
• Placement, internship or property consultancy experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of construction technology, building pathology and contract administration
• Ability to work under Chartered Surveyor supervision on commercial instructions

• Circa £27,000 basic salary
