About YouWe're looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn and committed to developing a long-term career in Building Surveying.
Ideally you'll have:
- A degree in Building Surveying (RICS Accredited)
- Around 6 months to 1 year's experience within a Building Surveying consultancy
- Already enrolled on your APC, or looking to begin the APC process in the near future
- A genuine ambition to achieve MRICS status
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on responsibility
- A full UK driving licence
- Salary of £30,000 - £38,000 depending on experience
- Structured APC programme with dedicated mentoring from Chartered Surveyors
- Support and guidance to achieve MRICS status
