Graduate Career Coach
Red 5 People
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established charity supporting people with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions to return to, or remain in, employment. You'll receive excellent training, work alongside a genuinely supportive team and develop a career where you can have a real impact on people's lives.
Based in modern, welcoming offices in North Finchley, you'll be joining a friendly team with an excellent culture. Every candidate we've placed here has spoken highly of the support they've received, the quality of the training and how enjoyable the team is to work with.
Working closely with Physiotherapists, you'll support people whose health condition is affecting their ability to work. As part of the programme, participants receive up to six months of physiotherapy and six months' free gym membership, giving them practical support to improve both their physical wellbeing and employment prospects. You'll work alongside the clinical team to help participants build confidence, prepare for work and secure sustainable employment.
No two days are the same. You'll be meeting participants, building relationships with employers, helping people overcome barriers to work and keeping accurate records to ensure everyone receives the right support.
We're particularly interested in hearing from people with one of the following backgrounds:
- A recent graduate (Psychology or a related degree is beneficial but not essential) who has gained some experience in sales, recruitment or supporting vulnerable people through work or volunteering.
- An Employment Advisor, Employment Coach, Work Coach or Employment Specialist looking for a new opportunity.
- A Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships, working towards targets and is looking to move into a more rewarding, purpose-driven career.
This is a busy, fast-paced role with a significant amount of administration, so you'll need to be organised, comfortable using IT systems and able to manage a varied workload while maintaining excellent attention to detail. The feedback we've received from everyone we've placed into this team has been consistently excellent.
Next Steps:
Interviews will take place on Monday 27th July. To be considered, you'll already need to be London-based and able to travel to North Finchley / Barnet (approximately a 15-minute walk from Woodside Park Underground Station).

Please note: This is a permanent contract of employment. Funding for the programme is currently confirmed until March 2027, with every expectation that it will be extended beyond this. Even when individual programmes come to an end, this charity has an excellent track record of redeploying colleagues onto other funded services, providing strong long-term career stability.
