What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the processing of customer orders and commercial agreements
• Managing contracts, subscriptions and related administration
• Maintaining accurate customer records and business data
• Working with internal systems and Microsoft Excel
• Assisting sales and operations teams with day-to-day activities
• Handling customer enquiries and providing excellent service
• Ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate or someone looking to start a commercial career
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Previous administration, retail, hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
• Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position
